Nia is a brilliant fusion of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. This is a one hour fitness class that will allow you to move all parts of your body and lift your spirits because it is a ton of fun! Rebecca creates a safe, welcoming, and non judgmental class. Nia is appropriate for all fitness levels and encourages movement in "your body's way".

We will gather to explore the energy surrounding the season of Spring and the Wood Element according to Chinese Medicine. We will learn the energy, move the energy in our bodies, and experience a guided meditation with a crystal bowl sound bath. I hope you can join us!
